Data and purposes
Hosting may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser and security information to deliver and protect the site. Email and WhatsApp messages are used to handle your request and reply. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits and Microsoft Clarity analyses interactions, heatmaps and session reconstructions. They may process identifiers, visited pages, interactions, device information and approximate location. These tools are not loaded before you accept.
Choices and grounds
Site operation, security and handling requests serve HIKGO’s operational and communication needs under applicable rules. Optional analytics relies on consent, which can be changed through “Cookie settings”. Morocco’s Law 09-08 applies to relevant processing; other mandatory protections remain applicable where required.
Providers and transfers
Vercel hosts the site. Google and Microsoft provide analytics you accept. Email and WhatsApp involve their own providers. Processing may occur outside your country, including the United States. See notices from Google, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel.
Retention
Your cookie choice is stored for six months. Messages are kept to handle your request and necessary follow-up, then deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations. Technical logs and analytics retention depend on provider settings and policies; contact the publisher for details relevant to your request.
Your rights
Under Morocco’s Law 09-08, you can exercise access, rectification and objection rights subject to its conditions. Depending on applicable rules, erasure, restriction and portability may also be available. You may withdraw consent for future processing. Proportionate identity verification may be required. You can contact the CNDP or the authority competent for your situation.
